Thank you for choosing Thread & Butter OKC for your custom embroidery and DTF apparel needs! As all of our products are personalized to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges & Resolution Process

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and within 7 calendar days of receiving your items. We will work with you to address any concerns, such as defective products, errors in the design or customization, or damage incurred during shipping. After this 7-day period, we will not be able to offer any resolutions or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To begin the resolution process, please reach out to us at info@threadandbutterokc.com with your order details, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a brief description of the problem. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order and to provide a solution as quickly as possible.
