1. Free Local Pickup

  • We offer free local pickup for customers in the Oklahoma City area. If you are local, you can select the "Local Pickup" option during checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup at our location.
  • Please be prepared to present your order confirmation when picking up your items.

2. Nationwide Shipping

  • For our customers outside the Oklahoma City area, we offer paid nationwide shipping. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.
  • During checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred shipping method. Available shipping options will include standard, expedited, and other carrier-specific choices.
  • Thread & Butter OKC uses reliable carriers to ship your items, including USPS and UPS.

3. Shipping Process

  • Once your order is processed and ready to ship, we will send you a tracking number via email to keep you updated on the status of your delivery.
  • Please note that after the package is handed over to the carrier, it is out of our control. Any shipping delays, damages, or issues that occur once the package is in transit should be addressed directly with the carrier. We are unable to guarantee delivery times once the package has left our facility.

4. Shipping Delays & Issues

  • While we strive to fulfill all orders promptly, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, including weather-related delays or issues during transit.
  • If there are any issues with the delivery of your package, such as it being lost or damaged, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and up to date. Thread & Butter OKC is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect shipping information.

6. International Shipping

  • At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us for potential shipping arrangements.
