1. General Information Thread & Butter OKC is a custom embroidery and DTF apparel business located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We offer products that are personalized to your specific needs, and we provide services to both local and nationwide customers. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that all sales are final, as detailed below.

2. Orders & Customization

  • All orders placed with Thread & Butter OKC are custom and personalized. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed all customization details (e.g., design, colors, text) and that they are accurate.
  • We are not responsible for any errors or omissions made by the customer during the ordering process.
  • Custom orders are final and cannot be changed once production has begun.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer shipping within the United States. Orders are processed in Oklahoma and shipped to your specified address.
  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery destination and order size.
  • We strive to process and ship orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
  • Thread & Butter OKC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather-related issues.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
  • If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect embroidery, damage during shipping, or defective items), please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, but after 7 days, we are unable to provide a resolution.

5. Payment

  • We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
  • Full payment is required before an order is processed.

6. Copyright & Trademarks

  • You affirm that you have the legal right to use any logos, designs, text, or images submitted for customization.
  • Thread & Butter OKC reserves the right to reject any designs that infringe on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
