Order shop for Excell Home Care & Hospice employees. Some items will be available to personalize with your name and title - look for the personalization box inside of the product! Orders will be available for 4 weeks and will be filled on-demand. All items will be delivered for free to Excell's main office at 1200 SW 104th St D, Oklahoma City, OK 73139 as items are fulfilled and ready for distribution to staff. 

To drop off or directly send scrub tops to Thread & Butter OKC for embroidery, please email us at info@threadandbutterokc.com to arrange for drop-off or to receive instructions on how to ship your scrubs to us from your preferred store. We can work with you to either ship them directly back to you, arrange for local pickup from our location, or deliver them to directly to the main Excell office as we fulfill other orders from this shop!
